You can take up to 6 per day (3 in the morning and 3 in the evening) for maximum efficacy. As you see improvement, you can reduce the dosage. At a minimum, you should take one pill per day.
Yes, this product has been safety tested in humans taking up to 10 pills per day. In our studies the side effects were minimal and similar to those of taking a placebo.
